When placing an order with Imelda you agree to accept our terms and conditions.

Order Processing:

All orders must be approved by Imelda and you will receive a notification when your order is ready. Please allow 24 hours.

Customers can add items to their carts and check out as normal. The admin at Imelda will then be notified and approve the purchase complete the payment to finalize the order.

Imelda will try to ensure that inventory is accurate and to complete all orders. Customers will be notified ASAP if we cannot complete the order.


Curbside Pick Up:

We're currently offering contactless curbside pick up at 123 Roncesvalles Avenue and free local west/central delivery for orders $75 and over. You can select either option at checkout, but if you are able to pickup from our store that is greatly appreciated during this busy time of year.

Curbside pick ups are scheduled in 15 minute time slots to avoid lineups and are available on the following days: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 2-7 and Saturdays from 1-6.

*Please wear a mask when coming by for curbside pick up.*

Local Delivery:

Local delivery orders are subject to approval.

We offer free local delivery for orders over $75.

We will contact you to give you a delivery date/time and we’ll touch base immediately after the item has been delivered. It’s just one person doing deliveries, three to four times a week. 

Feel free to tip at checkout if you are so inclined. 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or missing after delivery.



Our Brick and Mortar store has been closed to the public since March 17th. This means there is no browsing or trying on shoes in the store. We’re not quite sure when we’ll feel comfortable opening our doors to the public again but we will definitely let you know when that day comes. 

In the meantime, thank you for respecting our policy, please stay safe and wear a mask.

Returns and Exchanges:

We offer exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Sorry, no refunds. Receipt, original packaging and items in original condition required for exchange or store credit.

All discounted and sale items, as well as earrings, masks, socks and hosiery are always 

Final Sale.

Holiday Exchanges:

Holiday Exchanges will be accepted from January 5 - 25, 2021 and must be accompanied by a gift receipt or original receipt.


Gift Certificates:

Give the gift that always fits! Not sure of someone’s shoe size or jewellery or bag style, simply purchase an Imelda Gift Certificate and let the lucky recipient decide. No expiration date. No additional processing fees. These are physical gift cards and will need to be picked up or can be delivered locally!
