Order Processing:

We offer free local delivery and in-store pick up for online orders. We currently do not offer shipping.

All orders must be approved by Imelda and you will receive a notification when your order is ready. Orders typically take between 24 hours - 48 hours to fulfill. If you order on a Saturday/Sunday/Monday then please be aware that your order may not be fulfilled until we are open again on Tuesday.

Customers can add items to their carts and check out. The admin at Imelda will then be notified and approve the purchase and complete the payment to finalize the order.

We will try to ensure that inventory is accurate and to complete all orders. Customers will be notified ASAP if we cannot complete the order.

Picking up your online order:

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email with our store hours. You do not need an appointment to pick up your order.

In-Store Shopping:

Store Hours:

Tues/Wed: 1-6, Thurs/Fri/Sat: 12-6  Closed Sunday/Monday

Masks are no longer mandatory in our store. If you are sick or have any cold/flu/covid symptoms please avoid shopping in person. We offer free local delivery if you can't visit us in store.

Local Delivery:

Free local delivery within a 4km radius of the store for orders $200 and over.

Local delivery orders are subject to approval.

We will contact you to give you a delivery date/time and we’ll touch base immediately after the item has been delivered. It’s just one person doing deliveries, twice a week. 

Please feel free to tip at checkout if you are so inclined. Thank you. 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or missing after delivery.

Holiday Exchanges:

Holiday exchanges will only be accepted between January 9 - 31, 2024. Thank you.

Returns and Exchanges:

We offer exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Sorry, no refunds. Receipt, original packaging and items in original condition required for exchange or store credit.

All discounted and sale items, as well as earrings, scrunchies, sleep masks, socks and hosiery are always Final Sale.

Give the gift that always fits! Not sure of someone’s shoe size or jewellery or bag style, simply purchase an Imelda Gift Card and let the lucky recipient decide. No expiration date. No additional processing fees.
