All orders must be approved by Imelda and you will receive a notification when your order is ready.
Customers can add items to their carts and check out as normal. The admin at Imelda will then be notified and approve the purchase and complete the payment to finalize the order.
Imelda will try to ensure that inventory is accurate and to complete all orders. Customers will be notified ASAP if we cannot complete the order.
In Store Try-on Appts:
Want to look at a shoe or boot in person and see how it fits before you make a purchase? No problem! If you'd like to come to the store and try something on then please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org to book an appointment.
Appointments are 30 minutes in length and we allow 2 people in at a time and masks are mandatory. Please use the hand sanitizer provided when entering the store. Thank you.
Curbside Pick Ups:
We're currently offering curbside pick up at 123 Roncesvalles Avenue 2-3 days a week and free local delivery twice a week for orders $100 and over. You can select either option at checkout, but if you are able to pickup from our store that is greatly appreciated.
Once your order is ready for you to pickup, you will receive an email with pickup dates/times.
*Please wear a mask and have your order number ready when coming by for curbside pick up.*
Free local delivery within a 4km radius of the store for orders $100 and over.
Local delivery orders are subject to approval.
We will contact you to give you a delivery date/time and we’ll touch base immediately after the item has been delivered. It’s just one person doing deliveries, twice a week.
Please feel free to tip at checkout if you are so inclined.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or missing after delivery.
Our Brick and Mortar store has been closed for walk-ins since March 17th, 2020. We’re not quite sure when we’ll feel comfortable opening our doors to the public again but we will definitely let you know when that day comes.
In the meantime, you can always book a try-on appointment if you'd like to see something in person.

Returns and Exchanges:
We offer exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Sorry, no refunds. Receipt, original packaging and items in original condition required for exchange or store credit.
All discounted and sale items, as well as earrings, scrunchies, masks, socks and hosiery are always Final Sale.
Give the gift that always fits! Not sure of someone’s shoe size or jewellery or bag style, simply purchase an Imelda Gift Card and let the lucky recipient decide. No expiration date. No additional processing fees.
